High Barrier Film
Using LXBIO’s CO₂ high performance plastics, it has high barrier properties and is the world’s first biodegradable high-barrier plastic. It can be widely used in the packaging of food, beverages, and cosmetics.
Features of High Barrier Film
- PPC-P high barrier film exhibits excellent barrier properties against oxygen, water vapor, and carbon dioxide.
- It effectively maintains the original performance of products and prolongs product lifespan.
- PPC-P high barrier film has excellent mechanical properties, durability, wear resistance, good chemical stability, printability, and strong heat sealing.
- Easy to process, suitable for multilayer lamination, uniaxial/biaxial stretching, extrusion, and other film-making processes.
- PPC-P high-barrier film has higher transparency compared to similar competitive products in the market, making it widely applicable in the high-transparency plastic field.
- Compliant with food contact regulations.
- Certified by TUV, suitable for industrial composting.
